I am currently at fjm's cat-sitting Ms P.

Laptop Computer. n. A device that a Food Monkey uses to indicate an urgent desire for attention from a CAT.

Mug of Coffee. See 'laptop' but more so.

Feline CPR. Urgent efforts to resuscitate a Food Monkey presumed DEAD because it has gone back to bed after feeding CAT at 6.15 am.

Sounds like normal behaviour to me. Miss P clearly has her Food Monkey's well trained.
Have you met Cat Starvation yet? Can happen any time a Food Monkey is in the kitchen and the CAT hasn't had it's bowl refilled in the previous 15 seconds. Can be fatal, so I am told by Max.

It also happens when Food Monkey is trying to each its lunch, which is clearly must nicer than expensive and nutritionally-balanced bowlful that FM put out earlier.

Feline CPR: Miss P is doing exactly what all Abbie Queens do at that time of morning. Indeed, Talia (the spitting image of Miss P) was doing exactly the same thing to me this morning, despite all my protestation that I had no intention of rising for another 4 hours.
