Having set up the camera for some close-up pics yesterday, I went on a quick household hunt for things to take a closer look at.

THe candle looks amazingly surreal.

I find the dragonfruit image slightly disturbing for something that is meant to be eaten. If asked to guess what it was I would have said either (a) strange beadwork experiment or (b) ornate bowl full of woodlice.
