Network Design Skool, Day 1

major_clangerWell, am now on course. Specifically, am now on lunchbreak, hence making use of internet access from desktop terminal. I was about to mention nine other course members, but a tenth has just arrived - he got sent to the wrong training centre.
OK so far. Found training centre after slightly confusing wander around Bank of England area of City (it is down very small alley off Throgmorton). Decor is grey and lilac but there is an endless supply of free coffee. Course is rather Death By Powerpoint but nothing too technical yet... apparently most of that sort of thing is in the CCNA course I'm doing next month.
Tonight - wander up to Holborn for Tobes Send-Off bash!
