Does anyone else read io9 regularly and use Safari 4 as their browser?

If so, do you also find that it completely fails to render, whether you try to look at it either as a normal web page or an RSS feed? It's been broken for me for a while, but seems to render OK on Firefox.

(Minus 10 Internet Points for the first person who says 'use Firefox then'. I like it and use it at work but for OS X I'm generally happy with the native browser.)

Hmm. I'm still on OS X 10.4.11 - I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Apple has stopped selling 10.5 and my machine is PowerPC so won't support 10.6.

It looks OK to me using Safari 4.0.5 on both OSX 10.5.8 and OSX 10.4.11.

Want a (legal) copy of 10.5?

ETA: Whoops, it's probably not strictly legal, because I bought an upgrade version of 10.6, not a full version.

For whatever it might be worth, the io9 site seems to work adequately with my antique Internet Explorer 5 for Mac (OS 9.2), which is baffled by _many_ sites.
