For the Watchmen obsessives out there

Does anyone have the definite story on the release of the Watchmen DVD? From what I can tell, we are only getting the cinematic release on DVD in the UK. The Director's Cut (with half an hour of extra footage) seems only to be coming out in the USA, and the Super-Duper Fanboy Cut (as above plus intercut animated Tales of the Black Freighter) is due out even later.

Region 1 DVD is no problem for me, but will I have to order from the US, or is someone likely to be stocking the US Director's Cut release over here?

I remember seeing something saying the director's cut would be out over here by Christmas. But I can't find that...
