I am not going to go over the whole thing again just to see if I can squeeze in seven more words!

What I have done is to fire up the old and flaky laptop and check that the formatting works OK when viewed under Word for Windows, seeing as how it was written in Word for Mac OS X. It seems to do so fine, so I've updated the online submission, downloaded it to make sure that it is indeed the new version that has been uploaded, and that is the end of it.

Well, except that I have promised to turn it into an academic paper. But that can wait a few days.
