sbisson has noted the latest comic incarnation of Dan Dare. There's a preview of the first few pages of Issue 1 here; it looks very reminiscent of Warren Ellis's Ministry of Space, which is no bad thing at all as far as I am concerned.

I just read it up. Nice start but it's the ad for Virgin Galactic on the back cover that breaks my brain.

I re-read Grant Morrison's Dan Dare recently, and Warren Ellis' Ministry of Space. This would be a nice compare & contrast.

I'll be waiting for the TPB though.
