That was not at all bad I thought - a pretty comprehensive attempt at 'exobiology and SETI in one hour less breaks'. And it also featured Ian Stewart (recent Novacon guest) and Simon Conway Morris (Hay Lecturer at Eastercon last year). Must watch again next week.
I thought they could have considered the Fermi Paradox in a little more detail.
They didn't explain things very well, the word "overmind" was used but that can be used in several contexts which, given the depth they explored things in, I was disappointed by.
I'm also still not sure about Simon Conway Morris' convergent evolution. I would like to seem him and Jack in discussion on the subject.
Boo! I missed it and since I'm currently enrolled on a module called "Life in the Universe" I think I'd better see if any of my course mates recorded it!
