I think parts of this may have been used in the film Ladyhawk, where the landscapes were fantastic.

Not according to the IMDB entry - it seems that it was mainly filmed in Italy. IMDB doesn't list any films as definitely having used Les Baux as a location, although a google search reveals that Jean Cocteau's Le Testament d'Orphee did.
