Twenty Questions
Jun. 21st, 2003 07:41 amFrom just about everybody on my Friends list...
1. What's your favorite cheese? Edam.
2. How long do you hold onto odd socks before giving up on finding their mate? Several years longer than
bugshaw would prefer.
3. Who was your favorite musical artist when you were 15? Abba.
4. What shape are your fingernails in right now? Short and rather untidy.
5. Two scoops: of what? Home-made nutmeg ice-cream.
6. What's your earliest memory? Asking my Mum how old I was in days and her coming up with an answer in the 900s, so I must have been 2 1/2 or so. I was a geek from a very early age.
7. When does your pet look funniest? When she's tying to lick her bum by standing up and sticking her head between her back legs, and does an inadvertent forward roll.
8. What do you collect? Old Hewlett-Packard calculators.
9. What's better than sex? Snuggling up to someone who loves you.
10. What things are you brand-loyal to? Not much in the sense of "I won't buy X by anyone else." I have a fondness for the 'high-quality but practical best' (Mag-Lite torches, Samsonite suitcases, that sort of thing) but since that means that what I buy tends to last for ages, by definition I don't buy many things frequently enough to be 'brand-loyal'.
11. Favorite Dr. Seuss book? So long since I read one...
12. Best meal you've had lately? Sushi with
bugshaw
13. Peanut Butter and ________? Two slices of bread.
14. Who's your favorite poet? Not really a poetry person.
15. Where are you going on vacation this year? Nimes.
16. If you could change careers tomorrow with no strings attached, what would you be? Mission controller for a space probe to somewhere exciting.
17. Whaddya drive? Chrysler PT Cruiser.
18. What's your poison? Real Ale, preferably Hog's Back Brewery T.E.A.
19. The colour of the carpet or the kind of floor in the room you are sitting in right now? Dull green.
20. What's on your walls? Magnolia paint, an original David Hardy painting.
