It would appear so, yes. Mind you, for 'illegal', read 'an opportunity for the local plods to increase their arrest statistics'. Rumours now abound of incoming tourists being fined for possession of mobile phones with built-in games...

That would seem strictly logical, once they've started down this road. My handheld would fall foul of the law, too.

Anyone taking bets on how long they will be able to keep this one up? Some people have games on their digital watches and calculators too :-)

I wonder how this will affect sales of Windows in Greece? Since it contains games, its now an illegal product, and law respecting policemen ought to raid the MS warehouses and sieze these evil products before they can corrupt honest citizens.

And then they should probably extradite all M$ employees for conspiracy!

Of course the same arguments apply to all operating systems...
