Baby Gerbil Pix (#1 in a series of probably lots)

We've finally managed to count our new gerbils and we have eight wriggling little pink blobs. So far they seem to be doing well; indeed, some of them are positively precocious for three days old. "At about ten days the more adventurous ones may try feebly crawling out of the nest" says our gerbil book. Try telling that to the one we found industriously wriggling half-way across the tank last night...





Baby gerbils at three days. They will get cuter, honest.
