I was chatting to someone who had got an epilator caught on the back of their knee (they later sued the manufacturers who settled out of court (it later turned out she wasn't the only one to do so, there was a major design flaw)).
When she was laying face down on a hospital gurney, in pain but laughing with the doctor, he asked if he could write this up for the humorous bit in the BMJ.
