I'd lend you my Elder Sign, but I think those things are immune since Ubbo Sathla was created on Earth. Sorry! Unfortunately I'm not really au fait with Elder Thing Magic, but I think the first thing you need to do is get yourself a translation of the Eltdown Shards, or failing that the Pnakotic Manuscripts might possibly be of use. The trouble is trying to pronounce the relevant invocations in Banish Shoggoth when you have a blocked nose. Get it wrong and you might end up summoning something far worse...

You could always try Bind Shoggoth, having one at your beck and call could be kinda handy. Alternatively, try luring it out by inhaling eucalyptus, lavender or something similar, preferably from a steaming bowl.
