Given that many museums raise some of their revenue through licensing reproductions of images of items in their collections to the likes of me (for inclusion in non-fiction books), this case could have some interesting side-effects. And then there are the picture libraries... Fees for reproduction rights can run into £thousands and I don't see museums letting go of that easily. Plus they try vey ahrd to prevent us making our own images!
