Sounds like it. Interviews saying massive birdstrike leading to power loss in both engines. The eye witnesses to the landing say that it looked perfect.
The problem isn't usually the floating, it's getting them down on water without ripping them open. The 767 sea landing about 10 years ago is an interesting example.
I'd have said that you couldn't manage the landing... but congrats to the pilots and the designer.
