major_clangerI've just filled in the 'report a missed recycling collection' form on Tower Hamlets Council web site to politely enquire:
(a) if the fact we haven't had any rubbish or recycling collection for a fortnight is because of the massive hole in the road?
(b) if so, and given that this looks to be going on for some time, is there a Plan B for collecting our rubbish and recycling?
