Five Lords A-Cycling?

Doubtless of interest to some readers here - the London Critical Mass bike ride has won its case in the House of Lords against the Metropolitan Police's attempt to restrict it as a 'demonstration'.
Full judgment here (137k PDF); I particularly like Baroness Hale's opening:
It is not only cycle rides that can take a somewhat random route,
ending up in a place which was not determined at the start. Legal
proceedings may do so too.
I get the distinct impression that Their Lordships (and Ladyship) felt a degree of sympathy for CM's riders; perhaps some of them regularly do battle with Westminster traffic themselves!
