Apr. 11th, 2007 09:27 amFollowing on from this discussion about restrictions on photography, the IT and IP Law Blog IMPACT reports yet another example. Once again this seems to be a case of an officious jobsworth getting ideas above his station (sorry!) but, as IMPACT notes, it is a sad reflection on the British public that officialdom can so readily get away with this sort of thing. But then, when large sections of the press push the message that human rights are only for the protection of criminals, is it a surprise that self-identified law-abiding citizens feel reluctant to rely on them?
