Reading io9.com on a Mac

I presume other Mac users can see io9.com, right? Because this is the second Mac in a row where no matter which browser I use, I cannot get to read the site properly. I've tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome and in each of them the site either hangs or displays half-formatted semi-raw text. I assumed it was some sort of odd problem with OS X 10.4 but I'm now running Snow Leopard on a brand-new iMac and io9 still won't display properly.

It's the only web site I have any problems with and I'm beginning to wonder if there's something really weird going on.
