National Express sent have me £42 in rail vouchers to compensate me for my rather unpleasant journey last month. I was beginning to wonder if my application for a refund had disappeared into a black hole, but it came good in the end.
What does seem to have gone into a black hole is my Wired subscription. I am beginning to suspect that I'll now get it a month after it reaches the UK newsstands, i.e. two months out of date. Grrrr...
