Sad thing is, it kind of is still working, if not for the administration itself, then for its most hard core supporters. One just informed me yesterday that Louisiana is only having a hard time because of its Democratic governor, and Mississippi is doing great with a Republican governor (and presidents don't have an influence and shouldn't be blamed).

Well, that's not what I'm hearing out of Biloxi and the rest of the Mississippi coast, but *shrug*.
