I'd quibble with this a little - if the German cities listed had included Cologne or Dusseldorf, I'd have done a bit better on Western Europe. However, I suppose it was a bit much to hope that Latin America would include Stanley...

The selection of Middle Eastern destinations is absurdly limited --
Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Istanbul and Tehran? What about Petra, Amman, Damascus, Aleppo, Beirut, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Antioch, et bloody cetera?

And Africa: Cairo or Cape Town! Where's Marrakesh, Tunis, Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Antanarivo, und so weiter?

Bah. US-centric nonsense which thinks obscure US cities should be the centre of everyone's travel universe. I diskard it!

Based on the cities I ticked off, and the response, the definition of "Eastern Europe" seems a bit dodgy. Amsterdam?

Come out here sometime, and fill in the middle of North America.

I'd like to see how Brother Guy does on a quiz like this-- he's camped in Antarctica and lived two years in Kenya, and visited all the other continents.

The cities chosen are definitely arbitrary: in addition to the Middle East cities list, which basically ignores all of Israel among other missing places (as [livejournal.com profile] the_gardener already noted), the New Zealand list is also bizarre: they spelled Rotorua incorrectly and left Wellington off completely.
