Hmmm. Isn't this the General Clark who, in Kosovo, had British General Sir Mike Jackson refuse an order from him to confront the Russians at Pristina Airport, on the grounds that Jackson was "not going to start World War III" at Clark's behest.
Also, I suspect there are quite a lot of Babylon 5 fans out there who might find it rather galling to vote for President Clark...
