That was fun. Thanks for the link. I am missing my Star Trek.

It's fun hearing that song. I exercise to "The Greatest Science Fiction Themes". Space 1999, Star Trek and STTNG are all on there. They really make you move.

As for the show "Space 1999" Its lack of plausibility drove me nuts at the time. I think I'd enjoy it for the nostalga now.

That episode was originally intended to be the second half of Trek's first two-parter. At the close of "Naked Time", the Enterprise is hit by the infamous 'slingshot effect' and the ship's chronometer hurtles backwards. In the final version, it stops around the same time the events of that episode began, but the original idea was a longer voyage back in time, to 1960s Earth.
