fjm's interview. Now I find that next week's event, featuring John Clute, clashes with this seminar on Copyright and Parody. Given that I see John quite regularly and that the seminar touches on a very topical matter for filk and fanfic writers of my acquaintance, I think I'll have to give John my apologies and head off to Fetter Lane instead.
(By an odd coincidence, Bird and Bird's HQ is built on the site of the original White Horse, so I will be at a fannish gathering in spirit. Which is not quite the same, of course, as being at a fannish gathering knocking back the spirits...)
