Humbrol do this stuff called Maskol, although it's pink rather than clear. It also stinks and ruins any brush you try to apply it with. I have a bottle and just went to check if there's any left in it, but it seems that since I last tried using it the child=proof lid has transmogrified into an adult-proof lid...
