Obscure Doctor Who Reference Time

It's The Macra Invasion of Birmingham...



Apparently it's a new sculpture donated by Kenco, made out of recycled coffee jars. It's at Paradise Forum, just outside the soon-to-be-replaced Library and near the Town Hall and Art Gallery (where darth_hamster and I enjoyed the Home of Metal exhibition last weekend.)
