Use and abuse of digital reconstructions in court

In response to this post by rozk I commented about how easy it was for digital crime-scene reconstructions to be abused, and posted a link to this brief on an example of such. Roz called me to discuss this further and I mentioned that my interest came from having to write an essay on the topic as part of my LLM.
