Actually, a LawClanger Update Update! BoingBoing also ran a story about speculative domain registrations in light of bank mergers; when I posted a link to my last blog entry, someone made a perceptive comment that's led me to update it.

I thought I recognised it!

Confirmation that a prop that played a small but vital role in an early Battlestar Galactica episode was indeed what I thought it was.

(A nice gag, as well - it had already been established that Colonial slang for Cylons was 'toasters'.)
