"I'll be needing a body for this!"

A few years back, Mike Mignola, creator of Hellboy, did a one-shot comic called The Amazing Screw-on Head. Well, the Sci-Fi Channel has produced a pilot for an animated version, which you can view here.

This is just wonderful; one of the daftest and most enjoyable things I've seen this year. I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but Hellboy meets Dangermouse by way of The Tick perhaps gives some flavour. Please let's see this be commissioned!
