Anthology ID Question

I've just been emailed, in my SF Foundation capacity, a query by someone trying to identify an anthology he once read. His summary follows; does anyone recognize the collection of the stories involved?

Recommend-a-Friend Time

Yesterday I found myself commending princeofcairo - aka Kenneth Hite - to grahamsleight, specifically in the context of his response to Neil Gaiman's views on Strange and Norrell but more generally because he's a very interesting chap with a very interesting (even if you don't agree with all of it) LJ.

And I can vouch for Ken being well-worth meeting in person; I first met him at a room party at the 2001 Worldcon (serving Antarctic Space Nazis, a phosphorescent blue cocktail of his own contrivance) and then again as a thoroughly superb GoH at the 2003 Cambridge gaming convention. A pity he's unable to make Interaction, but maybe we'll see him over here again sometime soon...
