They've got about fifty rooms left as of last week; I'm not sure off the top of my head as to the exact status (we're due an update soon).
The booking number is via a conferencing office; this is meant to ensure that members talk to someone who is involved with the event rather than the usual front desk staff. The downside of this is that bookings are weekdays only, although you can email your booking request. Let us know if you don't get any joy and we'll sort it out.
