BT Strikes Again!

Bloody BT!
Last week I put in an online order for a second phone line so that Naomi WINOLJ (and now our lodger) could use it for work contacts. I printed off the resulting order confirmation form, which had no order number but which said 'confirmation and an order number will be emailed to you soon'.
Well, I've had no email, so have no order number. As the line is meant to be being installed tomorrow I've gone to BT's web site to use the order tracking facility to see what is happening.
Which needs the order number.
OK, try the customer order helpline. No, this is available only 0800-1800 - 'but our online facility is available 24 hours a day!'
So, dearest
bugshaw, I suggest you call 0800 800 152 after 8 tomorrow morning, with our account number to hand, and ask what is happening!
