I want LexisNexis Prejudice Confirmer!
Me, to Prof CM, discussing my trawl for a citation to support a viewpoint that most lawyers would agree with but which is surprisingly hard to find concrete evidence for*: "I want a legal search engine where I put in a prejudiced and unsubstantiated assertion and it finds a peer-reviewed paper that supports it."
(*That in the USA contracts tend to be caveat emptor and unfettered by regulation whereas in Europe there is often legislation to protect consumers and even business customers from harsh terms or exclusions.)
